New Affordable MPV In India- Maruti Suzuki YBD
To offer a more option to the customer Maruti Suzuki is developing a New MPV with good practical features and specifications at an affordable price in India. So far it has been developed under the Maruti Suzuki YBD code and the final name is unknown.
The main aim is to provide an affordable 7-seater family car that will be priced below Ertiga and XL6. Instead of offering the expensive feature Maruti Suzuki is intended to offer a spacious cabin with practical features best suitable for the family.
This MPV is based on Suzuki Spacia which is already launched in Japan. However, They will launch the car with certain changes required as per the Indian conditions and demand. But specifications and features will be more or less the same.
As per the reports, the design will be close to Suzuki Spacia with a Boxy body and with a tall and long stance. The length of the car will be below 3995mm and will have having 3-row seating pattern.
Speaking about the engine Maruti Suzuki YBD will get a3 _cylinder 1.2 L K-engine or new generation 1.2L Z-series engine that may produce close to 75kW peak power.
